Freesia Meaning
Freesia is one of those flowers you buy once out of curiosity and then keep asking for. Citrusy fragrance, clean colors, elegant stems, and a price that does not match how good it looks.
What it symbolizes
- Trust. Its central meaning: you give it to someone who stood by you.
- True friendship — the kind that needs no explanation.
- Innocence and pure thoughts.
It is traditionally the flower for the seventh wedding anniversary.

Season in Argentina
It runs from September to November (spring in the Southern Hemisphere), peaking in October. Outside that window it is practically impossible to find in good quality. It is a spring flower and there is no way to force it.
How to care for it
The buds open in sequence along the stem, so a bouquet keeps changing all week long. Change the water every two days and remove the wilted flowers at the bottom. It lasts seven to ten days.
Availability of each flower changes with the season. If you are looking for a specific flower, ask us before ordering and we will confirm whether we have it.
