Everything you need to place your order: the steps, the payment methods and how delivery works.
How ordering works
Five steps, start to finish.
Choose the delivery area
Pick the neighborhood or town where the flowers are going to see the products available there and the delivery fee for that area.
Choose your flowers
Browse the categories and open a product to see its sizes, options and photos.
Add to cart
Add the product to your cart. You can keep shopping or go straight to checkout.
Fill in the checkout form
Enter the recipient’s details, the address, the delivery date and time window, your card message and your own details as the buyer. The checkout is in Spanish.
Confirmation
You receive an email with your order number. You can reply to it if you need to change anything.
Payment methods
From Argentina or from anywhere in the world.
From abroad
PayPal
Charged in US dollars, from your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card through PayPal’s card button.
In Argentina
Mercado Pago
Credit or debit card, or your Mercado Pago account. Charged in Argentine pesos.
Bank transfer
In Argentine pesos. You receive the bank details by email.

How much is delivery?
The fee depends on the area. Choose the neighborhood or town to see it:
With the Premium service you add ARS 0 and can choose an exact delivery time.
Which days and times do you deliver?
We deliver across the City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires every day of the week, Sundays included. Hours may change on holidays and special dates.
Deliveries are made in time windows: you choose one at checkout, and the checkout only shows the windows still available for the day you pick. With the Premium service you set an exact time, with a tolerance of ±15 minutes.
Do I need to order in advance?
To be sure the product is available, we recommend ordering at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day orders are often possible: if the checkout shows a time window for today, we can still make it. Delivery times run on Buenos Aires time (UTC−3).
What if nobody is home?
We try to leave the order with a family member, the building’s doorman or a neighbor. If nobody is there, we try to contact the recipient. If that does not work either, the order goes back to the shop and we contact you. A second delivery has an extra charge depending on the distance and vehicle availability.
Ordering from abroad
For delivery in Buenos Aires, from anywhere in the world.
More than half of our orders come from people who live outside Argentina. You order online, pay in US dollars with PayPal, and we prepare and deliver the flowers in Buenos Aires on the date you choose.
We are a local florist, so we only deliver within the City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires: we cannot send flowers to other countries.
