This Privacy Policy describes how Florerias Argentinas (CUIT 20-13481326-2, address at Av. Crámer 1917, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina — hereinafter "we") collects, uses and protects the information you provide to us when you use this site and make a purchase.

What data we collect

Depending on the step of the purchase, we may request:

• Buyer details: first name, last name, email and phone number.
• Recipient and delivery details: name, address, locality, card message, delivery date and time.
• Payment details: we never receive or store these directly. The card number and other sensitive data are processed exclusively by Mercado Pago or PayPal, depending on the payment method chosen, through their own secure tokenization systems.
• Technical data: IP address and user agent, used for fraud prevention and security.

What we use your data for

• To process and deliver your order, and to communicate with you about its status.
• To issue the corresponding invoice.
• To answer questions and complaints.
• To send news or promotions only if you have given your express consent to receive them.
• To prevent fraud and protect the security of the platform.

We never sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to these purposes.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers needed to operate the service:

• Mercado Pago and PayPal, to process the payment (they are responsible for processing card data under their own privacy policies).
• Firebase (Google), as the database and infrastructure provider where your order information is stored.
• Web analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics), to understand how the site is used and improve it — see the "Cookies" section below, which explains which ones we use and how to turn them off.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping your cart, remembering your currency and language preferences, and maintaining your session. Without them you would not be able to make a purchase.

We also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and our own anonymous measurement of visits) and marketing cookies (campaign measurement and personalized Google advertising). They are activated when you browse the site, without a prior banner: we understand that by browsing the catalog and completing the order form you accept these terms.

How long we keep your data

We keep your order data for as long as our business relationship with you lasts and, afterwards, for the period required by the tax and consumer protection regulations in force. Contact details used for marketing are kept until you ask to unsubscribe.

As the owner of your data, you have the right to access, rectify, update and request the deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, write to us at floreriasargentinas@gmail.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) (Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information), as the Supervisory Authority of Ley 25.326, has the power to handle complaints and reports filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) on all its pages and restricted access rules in our database, and we do not store credit/debit card numbers at any time.

Minors

This site is not directed at minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided us with personal data without your consent, contact us to have it deleted.
