1. Inquiry
You send us the date, the venue, the type of event and an idea of the quantity. If it is in an office building, also tell us the hours when we can get in.
2. Proposal
We send you an itemized quote with real prices. If you need an invoice, it is settled here: much easier upfront than on the delivery day.
3. Confirmation
The delivery date and time are confirmed. For events at a venue, we plan the setup within the window the venue allows.
4. Delivery and setup
We arrive at the agreed time. If there are several individual deliveries, they all go out the same day and each one can carry its own card message.

Frequently asked questions
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Ask for the invoice when you confirm the quote and send us the tax details. For company events it is usually an accounting requirement, so it is better to settle it upfront than on the delivery day.
How far in advance should I order?
For a corporate event, a week is enough in most cases. For large arrangements or many units, two weeks is better. Quinceañeras and graduations need the same lead time as a wedding: one to three months.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Yes, we schedule the delivery. For events at a venue, the time is agreed according to the setup window the venue allows. Also tell us who to ask for on arrival: in office buildings the front desk does not always know about the event.
Can you make several deliveries on the same day?
Yes, that is the norm for office celebrations. Send us the list of names and desks or addresses, and the deliveries go out together. Each one can carry its own card message.
Can it repeat every month?
Yes, with a subscription. The frequency and the replacement day are set once and then it repeats without you having to order each time.
