Terms
No fine print.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. Just let us know before the next delivery; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Deliveries
On Thursdays, in the time slot you chose. If nobody is there, we leave the arrangement with the doorman or a neighbor and let you know.
Freshness guaranteed
If an arrangement does not arrive in good condition, message us within 24 hours and we replace it at no cost.
Pauses and changes
You can pause for up to 4 weeks without losing your plan. Address changes need 48 hours’ notice.
